What's new in 6.3.38

- Improvements that better allow the keyboard, mouse and your Wacom device to work together seamlessly.
- Easier-to-find current settings for ExpressKeys and pen buttons in drop-down menus.
- An improved display toggle feature to help save time when switching between multiple displays.
- Note: This driver marks the official end of support for MacOS 10.11.
- Also note: Some macOS Security & Privacy settings must be enabled for the Wacom driver to work properly.

Resolved Issues:

- All Devices: We fixed an issue which caused modifiers (shift, control, etc.) triggered from ExpressKeys, Pen Buttons, or the eraser to not function correctly when coupled with the keyboard.
- All Devices: Horizontal pen scrolling with pan/scroll in Excel is now working in "natural" mode (the pen "grabs" the spreadsheet to move it in the expected direction).
- All Devices: We fixed an issue with a stuck Option key not being able to release.
- All Devices: We fixed the black overlay that prevented use of the “Click to Define Screen Area” mapping function. Note that due to new macOS 10.15 security features, you will see a dark, transparent overlay to indicate that this setting is active.

Known Issues:

- All Devices: In Catalina (10.15) you cannot launch the keyboard viewer. An error message will display. What you can do about it while we fix it: Manually launch the the keyboard from the Input menu in the menu bar by selecting Show Keyboard Viewer. (If the command isn't shown, go to System Preferences > Keyboard and select “Show keyboard and emoji viewers in menu bar.”)
- All Devices:  Straight line segments are present at the start of a stroke in some applications. What you can do about it while we fix it: We are working with the application developers to solve the problem. If you experience this problem, check for application updates.
- All Devices:  You cannot log in to your computer from your device using pen or touch. What you can do about it while we fix it: You can use your mouse or touchpad. If you do not have a mouse or touchpad, use the Right or Left arrow keys on your keyboard until your user name is selected and then press Enter.
- All Devices: Unable to rename desktop objects by clicking them with the pen. What you can do about it while we fix it: Use touch or the enter key to rename desktop objects.

This package contains the files needed for installing the Tablet driver. If it has been installed, updating (overwrite-installing) may fix problems, add new functions, or expand existing ones. Even though other OSes might be compatible as well, we do not recommend applying this release on platforms other than the ones specified.

To install this package please do the following:

- Make sure that all system requirements are met.
- Save the downloadable package on an accessible location (such as your desktop).
- Locate and double-click on the newly-downloaded file.
- Allow Windows to run the file (if necessary).
- Read EULA (End User License Agreement) and agree to proceed with the installation process.
- Follow the on-screen instructions.
- Close the wizard and perform a system reboot to allow changes to take effect.
