Phase One Firmware Updater 3.4.54

The Firmware Updater does not in itself contain any firmware – special firmware packages (FWP file) are to be used by direct drag and drop into the updater.

This package contains the files needed for installing the Phase One Firmware Updater application for loading new firmware versions to the iX cameras. If your computer is currently running an older version of this application, updating may fix problems, add new functions, or expand existing ones. Even though other OSes might be compatible, we do not recommend applying this release on platforms other than the ones specified.

To install this package please do the following:

- Click the Download button and follow the steps for saving the package on your computer.
- Save all work in progress and close open applications.
- Note for .ZIP archives: Extract the file and enter the newly-created directory.
- Locate and run the available setup file.
- Allow Windows to run the file (if necessary).
- Read and agree with the License Agreement to proceed with the installation process.
- Follow the instructions displayed on-screen.
- Close the wizard and perform a system reboot to allow changes to take effect.

Applying a different firmware version than the one already installed on your camera can improve the device's overall performance and stability, resolve various issues, add support for newly developed features, or recover the device's functionality from a state you don't enjoy.

This process isn't intended to be destructive, but still, it's best that you save all your personal data and configurations before applying a different firmware. Moreover, make sure that the battery is fully charged and don't use the camera's buttons while the installation is in progress.
