Changes:

- Ethernet Virtualization in CPU Devices: BlueField device is a multi-core Arm processor in a highly integrated system on chip (SoC), optimized for NVMe storage systems, network processing applications, GPU and Deep Learning systems, security systems, and embedded appliances. BlueField device can be presented in one out of two models (Default / ARM). The ECPF (Embedded CPU PF) on the embedded CPU must be active in order for the external host driver to function properly. The BlueField virtualization model is configured by a non-volatile configuration NV_INTERNAL_CPU_CONF.
- SmartNIC NVCONFIG: Many of the NV configuration options affect the entire device or the physical port. In Multi-Host environments it may be useful to isolate between the hosts, and leave the global configurations in the hands of one of them. This may be achieved by configuring NV_HOST_PRIV_CONF from one host, and reducing the privileges of the other hosts. A Host with reduced privileges may not modify Global and Port configurations. In addition, it may not modify the relevant per-Host configurations, if a privileged Host has previously written them. As a result, a reduced capabilities Host may not use MNVIA as well. The Host privilege level takes effect immediately, unlike other configurations which only take affect after reboot.
- General: This is the initial firmware version on Mellanox BlueField. BlueField is compatible with past released features of ConnectX-5 adapter cards.
