- B5 size data is printed in A4 size data if printed from specific application.
- When multiple users simultaneously log on to a server that is running a 64-bit operating system, the One Click Preset icon that the user created does not appear in the "One Click Preset List" in Printing Preferences when it is opened from a 32-bit application. Instead, a One Click Preset icon that one of the other logged-on users created is listed.
- A dialog window opened from within Printing preferences might be on top of the other active windows.
- In a Citrix Server environment, the One Click Preset icons for all users who are actively logged on are deleted if one of the users logs off.
- In an Active Directory environment, an Event ID 322 or 26 error occurs in Print Service if the same paper size exists in the Input Tray Setting List in the Accessories tab of Printer Properties.
- When multiple copies of a multiple pages per sheet job are printed from certain applications, only one copy will print but it will include the number of pages per sheet multiplied by the number of copies specified.
- "Paper Size" options in Page Setup of Internet Explorer 10 or 11 might not be selectable when Protected Mode, Enhanced Protected Mode, or a combination of the two settings is set in Internet Explorer.
- If this driver is set as the default printer, the application might not open.
- If a computer has a 64-bit Intel Celeron processor, the following problems occur in the printer UI:
a) One Click Preset icons disappear.
b) Duplicates of One Click Preset icon names appear.
c) A warning message is displayed when switching to a different tab in the driver UI.
- Jobs might fail to print as a result of paper mismatch if specifying custom paper size.
- When A4 paper size is selected in an application, it only seems that the paper size is changed to 16k paper size on the settings screen after switching from another vendor's driver to a Ricoh driver.
- The settings of the first page might be applied to all pages if the simplex or duplex setting within an application is configured for each page of a document.
- A potential spooler crash might occur when using a Citrix Session Printer if multiple users are logged on to the Citrix server at the same time.
- If different custom paper sizes are printed consecutively, all pages will be printed by using only the first custom paper size.
- The driver cannot be used for a few seconds even after the "Updating Now..." dialog has closed.
- If the driver is being installed by using the RP_SETUP64.EXE, failure to install.
- When printing a job with a large number of pages, error messages stating that the job failed to print might appear on the computer screen even if the job was printed correctly.
- Image position could shift with specific paper sizes, if the "Edge to Edge Print" feature is enabled.

Installation steps:

1. Run the installer EXE file.
2. The "License Agreement" dialog will be displayed. Check them all and if you agree with them, select "I accept the agreement" and click "Next".
3. The "Method to install printer driver" dialog will be displayed. To search the printer from the network, select both of "Add a new printer" and "Search for printers automatically", click "Next". If the port of printer is already set up, or local port is desired, do not select "Search for printers automatically" and select only "Add a new printer". Click "Next" and go on to the Step 5.("Search for printers automatically" might not selectable depending on the printer type.)
4. Select the printer. To change the name of printer icon, input desired name to "Change settings for 'printer name'". To customize more settings, click '+' symbol. If the user code is configurable, printer side's print counter function is available.
5. Click "Continue". File copying will be started.
6. The "Printer Driver Installation Complete" dialog will be displayed. Click "Finish".
